Sherry Pruitt

CEO, Founder,
Fractional CRO

Sherry Pruitt is the Founder and CEO of Working The Angles, powered by Sales Xceleration, and serves as a Fractional VP of Sales helping founder led and EOS run companies build the sales structure, accountability, and leadership needed to scale with confidence.

With more than 25 years of executive sales leadership experience, Sherry has led sales and growth initiatives across SaaS, industrial distribution, oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, education, and private equity backed organizations.

A Certified Sales Leader licensed through Sales Xceleration, Sherry helps organizations implement practical sales management systems that improve visibility, forecasting, accountability, and execution. Her approach is direct, operationally focused, and grounded in real world experience.

Her “why” is simple. Build sales environments where the customer wins, the company grows, and the sales team thrives. She believes the best sales organizations create deals that matter for everyone involved, not just the bottom line.

Tim Barnes

Tim Barnes is the Co Founder and Chief Demon Wrangler of Working The Angles. He proudly serves as trophy husband, driver, voice of reason, and unofficial wrangler of all things chaos, balance, and “did you remember to eat today?”

In his spare time, Tim is a highly accomplished sales professional with deep experience in the heavy equipment and first responder industries, where relationships, trust, and getting the job done right actually matter.

He brings a steady hand to the yin and yang of Working The Angles and is currently living his best life as the luckiest man alive while surviving life with a strong willed sales leader and one opinionated  Rottweiler.

Bentley Barnes

Intern

Bentley Barnes is an intern at Working The Angles with primary responsibilities including security operations against the local squirrel cartel, perimeter patrol, snack quality control, and management of the office snore machine.

Compensation is highly competitive and paid almost entirely in snacks, praise, and strategic couch access.

Bentley is currently on a Performance Improvement Plan due to ongoing issues involving excessive slobbering, unauthorized appearances during conference calls, and repeated demands for Mom’s immediate attention during business hours. Leadership has communicated that while he remains a valued member of the organization, these behaviors are considered unacceptable in a professional environment.

Claire Morgan

Chaos Coordinator

Claire Morgan supports Working The Angles by turning fast moving ideas, sales chaos, and “one quick thing” requests into organized execution. She specializes in tightening messaging, keeping priorities aligned, and helping founder led companies sound sharper and operate smarter.

Known for fast turnaround times, direct communication, and zero tolerance for fluff, Claire somehow manages to survive high energy sales leaders fueled by caffeine, instinct, and calendar optimism.

Her hobbies include clean CRM data, realistic forecasting, and judging spreadsheets named “FINAL_v27.”
